Standard Modules or Customized Solutions

Looking for a smart, ready-to-use battery pack?

Why choose a custom BatteryPack for your electric vehicle?

Professional electric vehicles – agricultural, industrial, marine, or urban – require energy storage systems designed to last, adapt to the vehicle’s layout, and integrate seamlessly.
The FACOS BatteryPack was created for exactly this purpose: a robust, modular, LiFePO₄ battery module with a patented internal wire-free structure, already field-tested in a wide variety of applications.

Successfully integrated in:

Each module is fully designed, manufactured, and tested in-house.

The FACOS BatteryPack offers

A patented wire-free internal structure

highly resistant to shock and vibration

Integrated BMS Slave on PCB

with CAN communication, thermal management, and smart cell balancing

Fully customizable configuration

in voltage, shape, and layout

Already installed in over 700 cargo bikes, around 100 agricultural machines, and numerous full-electric marine applications.

FACOS modules operate daily on hundreds of vehicles across Europe – in real-world conditions where reliability and safety are non-negotiable.

Who is this solution designed for?

The FACOS BatteryPack is ideal for:

Thanks to its modular architecture and patented wire-free design, our BatteryPack can be tailored to any need, including new applications or prototypes in development. Also available in small batches (5 to 30 units).

Ideal Applications

The FACOS BatteryPack is designed for a wide range of electric platforms, including:

Voltage, shape, layout, and capacity are fully configurable.

Its compact design and modularity allow easy adaptation to complex layouts and harsh environments.

Advantages of the FACOS BatteryPack

Professional electric vehicles – whether agricultural, industrial, urban, or marine – need energy systems that actually work in the field, not just off-the-shelf components. FACOS developed the BatteryPack to deliver reliability, modularity, and easy integration, even in tough scenarios.

Compared to a standard battery, here’s what changes for you:

Integrated BMS – Onboard Intelligence

Each module includes a BMS Slave that manages:

System-wide management is handled by the BMS Master, which coordinates all BatteryPack modules and controls the charger and inverter.
Currently, the BMS Master is integrated into NAUTY 900 and E-Drive 800.

Patented Internal Technology – No Wiring

All power and signal paths (voltage, temperature, balancing) are routed through the multilayer PCB, with no additional connections.

The BMS Slave is integrated on the same PCB, resulting in a compact, robust, wire-free module.
