Electrifying agricultural machinery requires reliable systems designed to operate in harsh environments and intensive duty cycles, where no standard solutions exist.

FACOS supports OEMs and system integrators in the development of complete electronic systems for electric and hybrid agricultural vehicles, engineered to perform in real operating conditions, not only in laboratory environments.

We design and integrate hardware and software in-house, acting as a single technical partner for the entire electric or hybrid powertrain.

Drives, battery packs, BMS and energy management modules are developed on the real vehicle, taking into account layout constraints, required power, autonomy and operating conditions.

Every project is custom-developed and industrial-ready, enabling OEMs to bring robust, reliable agricultural machines to market.

Our solutions, entirely designed and developed by FACOS, are already operating on more than 100 agricultural machines, used daily in real field conditions for several years.

Core Electrification Modules

Our electrification systems are based on in-house developed modules, integrated into a single, coherent system architecture.

BATTERY PACK LiFePO₄

Modular battery system available at 43 V, 53 V or 80 V, up to 300 Ah.

Modular energy storage system based on LiFePO₄ cells, composed of series-connectable modules, with configurable capacity from 2 to 178 kWh depending on the application and energy requirements.
Can be integrated into complete FACOS electrification systems or used as a stand-alone battery solution.

POWER UNIT - High Power
(NAUTY 900 Module)

3-in-1 power module:
Drive + BMS + Charger, integrated into a single compact unit, designed for high-power applications and electrification systems with high energy demand.

POWER UNIT - Low/Medium Power
(E-DRIVE 800 Module)

Digital drive for medium/low power brushless motors. Browser-configurable, air-cooled.
Perfect for compact layouts with limited cooling.

ENERGY & POWER MANAGEMENT (EPM900 Module)

Energy management and safety module: includes DC-DC converter, electronic interlock, and pre-charge.
Provides centralized control and simplifies system wiring.

Display Touch

Touchscreen interface for real-time display of SOC, alarms, operating modes, and diagnostics. Firmware developed in-house by FACOS, fully integrated via CAN-Bus.

Three display sizes available: 4.3″, 7″, and 10″, to suit every application need.

IoT Module

IoT module for remote diagnostics and vehicle monitoring.

Allows OEMs to monitor system status, alarms, operating parameters and usage data, improving after-sales support, maintenance and fleet management.

Fully integrated into the FACOS CAN-Bus architecture and customizable to OEM specifications.

Electric Motor – Integrated into the FACOS traction system

FACOS supplies selected and field-validated electric motors, integrated within its electric or hybrid traction systems.

Motor selection is based on vehicle architecture (single-motor or multi-motor), required performance and integration with drives, energy management and control software.

Motors are supplied exclusively as part of the FACOS system, ensuring design coherence, operational reliability and a single point of technical responsibility for the manufacturer.
